With Our Eyes on Christ

And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "See, the home of God is among mortals. He will dwell with them as their God; they will be his peoples, and God himself will be with them..."   Revelation 21:2-3

In Revelation 21, St. John of Patmos describes a vision of the holy city coming down out of heaven from God. The city is part of the new earth and sky. The vision combines both physical and spiritual renewal.

As we experience physical transformation of our current church building, we believe God also promises a spiritual transformation. God is making us new day by day, as individuals and as a church body. He is preparing us for new and growing ministries at our Camp Cardinal location. He dwells among us.

The theme for our current three year capital campaign is With Our Eyes on Christ: Gathering, Growing...Serving Together. The financial goal of the campaign is to sustain the funding of a new church building. More importantly, the spiritual goal of the campaign is to bind us together in a shared vision. During this three-year cycle, we plan to gather together as a church family--current, former, and new members. We expect to grow in faith as we experience God's presence in our midst. And we look forward to serving others through our local, national, and international mission work.

We welcome your questions about the construction process, the financing, and the fundraising of our new church building. We hope you will join us in so many ways--with time, talent, and financial gifts--as we focus Our Eyes on Christ.
