Joy Club is for children in kindergarten through second grade. We meet from 3:30 to 5 pm on Mondays, October through April. Our activities include Bible exploration, music, games, crafts and after-school snacks. Thirty minutes of each meeting is devoted to music, and Joy Club children help lead worship about once a month, including a special Spring musical with the Cantate Choristers (grade 3-6 vocal choir).

Adults and students in junior high and older are encouraged to serve. No special experience or training is required ”just a love for children and desire to walk with them in their faith journeys!

When the temperature hit 70 degrees on an October day, we scrapped our plans for an indoor lesson at Joy Club and headed outside into God’s great creation. Joy Club kids (Kindergarten-2nd grade) raked leaves and played outside on Oct. 24. Our goal was to help clean up the area and enjoy some fellowship, all done in classic kid-style. After we raked and dumped leaves into a pile taller than most of the kids, everybody jumped in for the big finish. Joy Club meets from 3:30 to 5 pm Mondays; all kids in K-2 are invited to join us anytime.
