Joy Club

(K-2)

Joy Club, a cooperative effort of Christian Education and Music Ministries, is a unique ministry for children in kindergarten through second grade. The group meets for 90 minutes once a week for fellowship, music and Bible exploration. Joy Club sings for worship services once a month (alternating between the first and second services), and participates in Christmas Eve and Palm Sunday services.

Cantate Choristers

A choral ensemble focusing on vocal development, hymn exploration and worship leadership. The Choristers lead worship once a month, as well as participating in Christmas Eve and Palm Sunday services. In the spring, a musical is presented to the congregation and taken “on tour” to a neighboring church or retirement facility.

Rehearsals: Wednesdays, 6:00 – 7:00 pm in the Sanctuary

Agape Singers

Agape is the Greek word that means love as revealed in Christ. Agape Singers explores a variety of music including gospel, spirituals and Contemporary Christian music while learning healthy singing habits. Agape Singers lead worship monthly in addition to special services throughout the year including Christmas Eve. A special weekend tour takes place bi-annually in the spring with the kingsringers handbell ensemble to present concerts in neighboring states.

Rehearsals: Sundays, 5:30 – 6:30 pm in the Sanctuary
